Salt & Steel is gym humor for the emotionally exhausted lifter.

It’s a collection built around the idea that most of us aren’t training because we’re endlessly motivated — we’re training because lifting is how we deal with life.

The “salt” is the sarcasm, burnout, dark humor, stubbornness, and everyday frustration.

The “steel” is the barbell, the grind, the discipline, and the refusal to quit anyway.

Using minimalist stick-figure characters, distressed graphics, and bold gym-inspired typography, the collection turns relatable gym thoughts into wearable humor.
